Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, and at least the minimum age required in your country, to create an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Accounts are personal — do not share or sell them.

You agree not to post, stream, send or upload anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or targets a person or group;
• is hate speech, or attacks people over race, religion, gender, orientation or disability;
• is sexual, explicit or otherwise unsuitable for a general sports audience;
• is spam, a scam, or promotes gambling services we have not authorised;
• impersonates another person, team, league or the TEDZ TV crew;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• breaks the law or encourages others to do so.

Passionate sports debate and trash talk are welcome. Attacks on people are not. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of everything you post — your photos, videos, reels, comments, chat messages, live streams and profile content ("Your Content").

By posting Your Content on TEDZ TV, you grant TEDZ TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, adapt, reformat, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute Your Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the TEDZ TV network — including display alongside advertising and within subscription or membership features.

This licence lasts for as long as Your Content is on the service, and continues for any copies that have been shared, re-posted, cached or included in broadcasts, recordings, highlights or archives before removal. You may remove Your Content at any time, which ends the licence for future uses.

You confirm that you own or have all rights needed to grant this licence, and that Your Content does not infringe anyone else's rights. You waive any moral rights to the extent allowed by law so that we can reformat, caption, clip and caption Your Content.

We do not owe you payment for Your Content. If we ever introduce a paid creator program, it will be governed by separate terms you opt into.

TEDZ TV is supported by advertising and sponsorships and may offer paid subscriptions or memberships. Content, including member content, may appear next to advertising or inside paid areas of the service. Sponsors do not control editorial or moderation decisions.

Every post, comment, chat message, photo, reel and profile carries a Report control. Reports go to our moderation queue and are reviewed by the TEDZ TV team. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion, with or without notice, to keep the community safe.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email realtedztv@gmail.com with a description of the work, a link to the content and your contact details, and we will act on valid notices promptly.

TEDZ TV branding, shows, articles, graphics and software are ours or our licensors' and may not be copied or reused without permission. Scores, schedules, standings and team information come from third-party data providers and are supplied as-is.

TEDZ TV is an independent media platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA or any team, venue or league. All team names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Live streams, fan rooms and chats happen in real time. You are responsible for what you say and show on camera. Streams may be recorded, clipped or replayed under the licence in Section 3. Do not broadcast copyrighted game footage you do not have rights to.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEDZ TV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content posted by other members.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms. Sections covering the content licence, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use TEDZ TV after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
